Advanced Oxidation Processes
The group is designed to bring forward the most recent advances in the fundamentals as well as the development and the application of the Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs), especially in the field of water recycling and reuse. It will help to disseminate new achievements in these areas and to identify future research and development needs through strong cooperation between scientists, engineers, operators and decision makers.
The last SG conference on Oxidation Technologies for Water and Wastewater Treatment took place 29 March-1 April 2009, Berlin, Germany, and continuing the three-year period for the group conference series, the group will hold the AOP6 Conference - Oxidation Technologies for Water and Wastewater Treatment from May 7 to 9 2012 in Goslar, Germany.
