IWA introduced its Utility Management conference series in response to the need to cover the significant challenges for utilities in a single event. This utility conference is the only European utility conference organised by utilities for utilities. It provides a unique opportunity to focus on the strategic challenges and opportunities for water and wastewater utilities and covers the full scope of utility management. Don’t miss this chance to hear from your peers in an international setting and leverage off their experience and know-how.
The conference will cover key management challenges facing the water sector including organisational structuring and the sustainable size of utilities, innovative strategies to fill the capacity gap and pathways for rapid improvements. It will also cover strategic future challenges for utilities including climate change adaptation, water and energy, pricing and financing, community engagement, legislation and regulations and non revenue water.
Starting with a focus on communications and customer engagement the Utility Management Conference has developed to cover both management and technical challenges and solutions. Defined and developed by utility representatives the conference aims to leverage off the collective knowledge of utilities and the willingness to share experiences and solutions that work.
