To fulfill the present and future needs of the water sector, continuous development of a workforce which is adequate in size, capable in skills and strong in leadership is required. The IWA Young Water Professionals programme engages water sector students and professionals under the age of 35, to become the leaders of the future.
IWA provides opportunities for YWPs to network and present their work in a peer to peer learning environment at conferences and forums. Our YWP newsletters will keep you connected with your community.
