IWA Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is made up of the Association’s Officers (President and two Vice-Presidents), Treasurer, Immediate Past President, Congress President, Executive Director and other office holders.

The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the corporate governance of the Association, including its strategic direction, the review of the plans established by the management team, the monitoring of performance against those plans and the establishment and implementation of policies and internal controls. The Board of Directors also selects the Executive Director. The current members of the Board of Directors are:
