The Young Water Professionals programme offers practical and effective ways for those interested in a career in the water sector to follow their interests and experiences. In this section of the website, you will find all the tools that IWA have developed to help you take your career further.

Mentoring Programme

This programme is designed to enhance the relation between Young and established water professionals and to create long-lasting communication links between generations of water professionals.

Young Water Professionals Award

This award recognises the potential that Young Water Professionals have to become leaders of the water sector.

Engagement

The Young Water Professionals Programmes seeks to engage with young members of the Association and encourage their involvement in a variety of activities. The Programme will also collaborate with other organisations to work towards its strategic objectives and extend the young water professionals network.
